Using psychic.org

Public Profile

Your public profile is the page clients can visit at an address such as psychic.org/trish. It is created from the listing form in your dashboard.

1. Open your dashboard and choose Create Your Psychic Listing or Edit Your Psychic Listing.
2. Leave Show my listing switched on when you want clients to find your profile. Switch it off to hide your public profile while you take a break from readings.
3. Choose your profile URL, reading methods, reading skills, background text, years of experience, profile images, and optional links.
4. Add your phone number, email, address, and website details, then choose which contact details should be published on your public profile.
5. Add optional pricing, direct payment links, an announcement banner, or one upcoming event if you want clients to see those details.
6. Use the blocked visitors section if you need to stop a problem client from entering your 3 reading rooms. Ban them by IP address, email address, or psychic.org handle.

Audio and Video Greetings

Your audio greeting appears in the About section of your public profile when you have recorded one. Your video greeting appears as a playable video section on your public profile when you have recorded one.

1. Open your dashboard and choose Record Audio Greeting or Record Video Greeting.
2. Allow microphone access for audio. Allow camera and microphone access for video.
3. Press Start Recording. The page counts down 3, 2, 1, GO.
4. Speak naturally. Audio greetings stop automatically at 60 seconds, with a 5 second ending countdown. Video greetings also show an ending countdown before the recording stops.
5. Use Review Recording to listen or watch back, then Save Recording when you are happy.

Saving a new audio greeting replaces the previous audio greeting. Saving a new video greeting replaces the previous video greeting. You can also delete either greeting from your dashboard if you want your profile to run without it.

Reviews

Clients can leave audio, video and text reviews from your public profile. They do not need a psychic.org account, but they must pass a simple human check first.

Deleting reviews

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Find the Reviews section below the account cards.
3. Listen, watch or read a reivew.
4. Press Delete to permanently remove it.

Payments and Client Fees

You keep all the money from each reading. Psychic.org provides the infrastructure for voice calls, video calls, online chat, profiles, reviews, and live streams. We do not take payment from your client for you.

• You set your own reading prices.
• You add your own payment links on your listing, such as Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Square, Stripe, or another provider you use.
• When the client is ready to pay inside chat, voice, or video, press Ask for Payment. The client sees your payment options and can open your payment provider in a new tab.
• Wait for a payment confirmation from your payment provider, such as an email, app notification, or dashboard confirmation, before pressing Start Reading.
• Only press Start Reading when you are ready for the paid reading time to begin. The reading timer is there to help you track the time you sold.
• If the client needs to extend the reading, ask for payment again, wait for confirmation, then start the timer again.
• Psychic.org does not chase clients for payment, split your fee, or hold your reading money.

Readings by Live Chat

The live chat room gives you a private text reading page at psychic.org/yourname/chat. You can use it for written readings, quick questions, image-based readings, or arranging reading details.

1. Open your dashboard and enter Online Chat from Your Reading Rooms.
2. Clients can visit psychic.org/yourname/chat without creating an account.
3. If a client is already in the room, another client is told you are busy and can use your waiting room when available.
4. You can send messages, upload images, ask for payment, clear old messages, and leave the room when finished.
5. The chat timer is controlled by the reading flow. Press Start Reading when paid reading time should begin.

If both you and a client are actively in chat, your profile status can show as busy and your other private rooms are locked to new clients.

Reading by Voice Call

Voice call readings are private one-on-one audio sessions at psychic.org/yourname/voice. The client does not need a psychic.org account.

1. Open your dashboard and enter Voice Call from Your Reading Rooms.
2. The precheck page tests your microphone, speaker, and internet connection when needed.
3. After passing the checks, you are taken into the voice room.
4. If the client is not there yet, wait on the page. When both people are present, the first connection starts automatically.
5. Use Ask for Payment when payment is needed, then press Start Reading when the paid voice reading should begin.

Readings by Videocall

Videocall readings are private one-on-one camera sessions at psychic.org/yourname/video. The client can join from that simple URL without creating an account.

1. Open your dashboard and enter Videocall from Your Reading Rooms.
2. The precheck page tests your microphone, speaker, internet, and camera when needed.
3. After passing the checks, you are taken into the video room.
4. If the client is not there yet, wait on the page. When both people are present, the first connection starts automatically.
5. Use Ask for Payment when payment is needed, then press Start Reading when the paid video reading should begin.

Readings Control Panel

The reading rooms panel appears in your dashboard after you have created a listing. It gives you one place to manage your three private client rooms: Video Call, Voice Call, and Online Chat.

It can look like a lot at first, but it is there to protect you when clients arrive close together, leave suddenly, refresh their browser, or get stuck in a room. You do not need to press every button. Most of the time you only need to watch the status and enter the room when a client is waiting.

What the room states mean

Everyday workflow

1. Keep the dashboard open when you are available for readings.
2. If a card says Client Waiting, press Enter on that card.
3. After the reading finishes, leave the call or chat normally.
4. If a room looks stuck, press Kick on that room before inviting the next client.

Block, unblock, and reset

• Unblock allows new clients into that room again.
• Block stops new clients from entering that room. Use this when you are taking a break, about to finish for the night, or only want to accept one reading type.
• Reset resets one room if a browser/device dropout leaves a stale client behind. If that client still has the old page open, the page is told to disconnect.

The public link is printed on each room card. Use the small copy icon beside the link if you want to paste that room's URL into an email, text message, or social message.

The two seat markers under the buttons show who the room currently sees. An outlined seat means that person is not present; a filled seat means the psychic or client is currently detected in that room.

Handling a busy night

If several clients arrive around the same time, block the rooms you are not using, take one client at a time, and unblock rooms when you are ready. For example, if you are doing a video reading, you can block voice and chat until the reading is finished.

When you are actively connected with a client in video, voice, or chat, psychic.org stops new clients from entering the other private rooms until that reading ends.

The control panel refreshes automatically. The small summary line tells you whether rooms are waiting, active, locked, stale, or clear. The room order stays the same: chat, video, then voice, so you always know where each room is. If a client is waiting, your browser tab can show that a client is waiting.

Banning Bad Clients

If a client is abusive, disruptive, repeatedly wastes your time, or you simply do not want to read for them again, you can block them from entering your private chat, voice call, and video call rooms.

1. Open your dashboard and choose Edit Your Psychic Listing.
2. Find the Blocked Visitors section on the listing form.
3. Choose the kind of block: Handle, Email, or IP address.
4. Enter the detail you want to block. For a handle, use the psychic.org handle such as psychic.org/lbah or the handle shown by the form. For email, enter the client's email address. For IP address, enter the IP shown in the reading room.
5. Save your listing. That client should then be stopped from entering your three private reading rooms.

Each reading room can show the current client's identifying information near the bottom of the page. Depending on what psychic.org knows about them, this may be a psychic.org handle, an email address, or an IP address. Use that displayed detail when adding a block.

Community Feed

The community feed is an open chatroom for Psychic.org. Psychics, customers, and members of the general public are welcome to visit and chat.

It is not a private reading room. It is simply there for fun, light conversation, and a sense of community around the site.

Live Streaming

Live streaming is for public online events such as workshops, demonstrations, meditation groups, or teaching sessions.

Broadcasting

1. Open your dashboard and choose Broadcast Video Stream.
2. Enter a stream title if needed.
3. Leave the stream Unlocked for a public event, or choose Locked and enter a password for a private event.
4. Allow camera and microphone access.
5. Press Start Broadcast.
6. Use the mute and camera buttons when needed, then press End Broadcast when finished.

Paid workshops

Locked streams can be used for paid workshops or private live events. You can charge your own customers directly, then give paying viewers the stream password so they can enter the event.

This gives you a second way to earn on Psychic.org, alongside one-to-one readings: live streaming workshops, classes, demonstrations, group meditations, development circles, or special events.

Watching streams

The Watch Video Stream dashboard card opens the stream page. If one stream is live, it can start automatically. If several are live, viewers can choose which one to watch.

Online Status

Profiles can show whether you are offline, online, streaming, or busy. This helps clients understand when you may be available.

• Online means you have an active logged-in session.
• Offline means no current session is detected.
• Streaming means you are currently broadcasting a live event.
• Busy means you are actively connected with a client in video, voice, or chat.

When you are busy, clients may see a Reserve Next Spot button on your profile. This lets one client enter your waiting room and hold the next place for a live chat, voice call, or videocall.

If your waiting room is already taken, clients may see Waiting Room Occupied instead. That means another client has already reserved the next spot, so the new client should check back later.

Clients can also request an email notification for the next time a specific psychic logs on.

Become a Certified Psychic

Any psychic who lists themselves at Psychic.org is a Registered Psychic with the World Psychic Organization. You can also apply to become a Certified Psychic.

1. Read Advanced Psychic Development by Zachary Ziamus.
2. Complete the online theory exam at psychic.org/test.
3. If you pass, the first line of your public profile changes from Registered Psychic to Certified Psychic.

Certification is intended to show clients that you have completed the World Psychic Organization theory exam, not just created a public listing.
